Teacher 2 Teacher Conference

The College of Education, in collaboration with the Urban Educators for Change, is pleased to present the bi-annual Teacher-to-Teacher Conference. The purpose of this conference is to provide affordable yet meaningful professional development opportunities to North Carolina educators. P-12 teachers are invited to participate as well as present at the conference. The cost for participants is $25.00 (includes lunch and parking). The cost for currently enrolled UNC Charlotte College of Education doctoral candidates is $15.00. Cooperating teachers currently mentoring a full-time UNC Charlotte student teacher (all day, every day) are cordially invited to participate free of charge. P-12 professionals and university faculty are welcomed and are encouraged to facilitate sessions on best practices and pedagogical techniques. All conference presenters must also register for the conference. Participants are eligible to receive 0.8 continuing education units or 8 hours of contact towards professional certification.
